Dear Brenda, Now reading this that you mom passed. I went in to read the obituary for my son in law, Delano Thomas and was so shock to see that your mom passed. I have been calling her to go out to lunch but not getting her. I am living in Burlington now and not getting the Spectator. So sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy to the family. Joan was a very special person and friend. I met Joan when I went to work for the school board and we have been friends ever since. Rest In Peace Joan.

Dear Brenda, Valerie, Brian and families; I am so sorry to hear about your Mom passing. Your Mom was the first friend I met when we moved to Marion Place. She knocked on our door selling Avon. Sorry for your loss Brenda, Valerie, Brian and families. My Mom and Dad always enjoyed her visits to P. E. I. They were very grateful to her and your Dad while they were in Toronto with Kenneth.
