After a brief illness, Alex passed away at St. Peter’s Hospital, on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, in his 77th year. Predeceased by his first wife Marcia. Beloved husband of Sandra. Loved father of Chris (Laura), Sascha, Scott, Tristin (Steve), and Carrie. Dear grandfather of 6 grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Vigil prayers at 4:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, Highway 8 at Greens Rd, Stoney Creek on Monday, October 29 at 10 a.m. Interment White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
