Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Shalom Manor on Thursday, October 18, 2018, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Henrikus de Zeeuw (Henk) and the late Hendrik Pieper (Henk). Cherished mother of Ben (Kairn), Deany, Anja (Paul), Brenda (Kirk) and Arlene (Mauro). Loving Oma to Adam, Robin (Lance), Chad, Cheryl (Anthony), Amy (Alex), Becky (Dave), Nancy (Frankie), Melissa (Daphni), Danielle, and Great Oma to Isiah and Jacqueline. Survived by her nieces and nephews in Canada and Holland.  Be enjoyed travel and was always ready for a spontaneous casino trip.  She made the best chicken noodle soup and cherry cheese cake.  Special thanks to the many caregivers who helped with our mother. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 12 noon until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Mountview Gardens.
