Cliff was a kind and caring man but was known on occasion to be," direct" with me and one or two other people I know. Cliff was also friends of my parents(Bob & Elsie Phillips - (Ottawa/St. Catharines) and my fathers brother Ray Phillips(Ottawa) Ray, Cliff, my father and Mike Collins(Ottawa/St. Catharines) first knew each other from the 40's & 50's in Ottawa. My father's brother Ray stayed with my parents for a week every Christmas for many years. Cliff and Mike always made a point of visiting with my parents when Ray came to stay with us. Nice memories. Condolences to Mary and their daughter with the passing of Cliff...a good husband and father. Cliff was a credit to himself and a fine example to others.
