Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday May 25th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 26th at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place. A private family inurnment will take place at St. Matthews Anglican Church Cemetery, Plains Rd. Burlington at a later date. Special Thanks to the staff at Lincoln Park Retirement Homes, who made the past few months enjoyable for Grace. Also, to the staff at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital for all the wonderful care and compassion they have shown. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum or the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated by the family.
