Peacefully, on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at the Hamilton General Hospital in his 86^th year. Predeceased by his parents Baba and Baci, his wife Helen and will be missed by his long-time companion Val of 35 years. Loving father of Dan (Wendy), Mark (Phyllis), Monica Scott (Dawson), Steve (Ivana) and step-daughter Debbie Garrison (Tom). Beloved Papa of Colin (Joanne), Devon (Cassandra), Deedra, Kassandra, Marcus, Nathan, Rebecca, Mitchell, Neven, Remy and Great-grand-papa Ed of Tyla, Declan, Felicity, Maverick, Isaac and Hannah. Cherished friend of Mary and Joe Ridos for 65 years. Special thanks to the staff at Hamilton General Hospital for their compassionate care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
