HANSEN, George Peter

Passed away peacefully at home, on Friday, September 14, 2018 in his 83rd year. Predeceased by loving wife Marjorie (2016). Cherished father of Michael, Barbara (Jim), Susan (Gerry), and Julia (Stan). Will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Kristyne (Waleed), Kelley, Auralie (Jamie), Emilie (Travis), Daniel, Alex, Jessica (Colin), Joshua (Danielle), Jordan (Brittany) and great-grandchildren Sofia, Owen, Nash, Kylie, Makinley, Sadie, Madeline and Raeah. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society - Bluewater Community Office would be appreciated by the family.
