Peacefully with dignity and grace, Paula has passed away at Arbour Creek Nursing Home on September 4, 2018 in her 92nd year.  Beloved wife of the late Franc (2014).  Cherished mother of Stan, Josie Dubé (Daniel).  Loving grandma of Christopher, Nicole Chipman (Dave), Monique Tavares (Marcel) and great grandmother to Eloise and Anna Chipman.  She will also be remembered by family and numerous friends in Canada and Slovenia.  Paula was a proud, longtime CWL member.  Special thanks to the staff at Arbour Creek for their compassionate care for over 4 years.  Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Prayers will be offered at 3:30 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Slovenian Church on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 10 a.m.  Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
