My deepest sympathies and condolences to the family of Rick. Rick will be greatly missed on the construction site. My name is Tony Mula,(brother of Chip Mulas), and we shared many laughs with Rick through out the years when we met up on jobs. Only Rick Foster with his memorable opera voice, besides rock and roll, could snap my dad out from a miserable mood. When I got back from Italy I was shocked from the sad news my brother told me. And Chip will especially miss Rick. And we will always remember Rick.

We can not imagine the sadness you must be feeling.

Hanging out in his parents basement...watching the guys JAM! The memories we all shared back then. The city of Collingwood!! Wow, what adventures we all had there.
So many Great times!
Rick just loved Music...and he Drummed on his kit like a Crazy man! We hung around together since we were 18 years old. Over the years we all kinda went our separate ways. Working, Families, kids and now Grand kids...But we never forgot the fun times we had when we run into each other. So many laughs! Rick...just writing this, the memories are Flooding Back!!

Dear Nicki and family. I'm not sure you know me: I've only stopped by your home a few times to speak with Rick. I first met Rick at the Millers (Connie and Dave - their daughter Nicole was in my class). Rick was visiting them too. It was a warm June evening, and Rick was singing a lot of Elvis when we weren't just talking. That was 1997 I think. Over the years, whenever I met Rick at Fortinos, in front of your place, on job sites near your home, or driving past one another, there was always a wave, a big smile, and, if time, time to talk for a bit. I'll miss him. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

I remember Rick from Orchard Park, many years ago. He was just learning his craft while I was a veteran drummer from Old Sailor. He always treated me with great respect. Lost touch over the years, but we'd see each other every time Lightspeed would play in town. Good guy - always a smile on his face and unlike some drummers who have an ego - Rick never took himself too seriously. The world is a poorer place without him. I raise a stick to his memory. Rick was a talented musician handy loving person funny and wonderful to know. I am proud to call him my brother in law. When I came first to Canada Rick and his lovely wife Nicki opened their doors and arm to us. Rick was the one who taught me the Canadian currency so nobody could double cross me. Sweet home Alabama is a song Rick sang with his band and I always connect that song to him more than the band that did this song first. Nicki my dear nephews Matt and Ryan and girls.
