Obituary of Kelly Wynne Lezon
LEZON, Kelly Wynne
October 14, 1960 – July 5, 2018
Our loving mother and wife was taken to be with her Lord, suddenly from our home, in her 58th year. Kelly’s memory will be forever cherished by her beloved husband and best friend Richard (Rick) of 35 years and by their beautiful daughters Nicole, Danielle, Elyse, and Justine. Kelly was predeceased by her parents Jack and Theresa Johnston, brother John, cherished nephew Ian Macdonald and father-in-law Edward Lezon. She is survived by her siblings Rob (Ev) Johnston, Judy (Bryan) James and Joanne (Andrew) Macdonald; sister-in-law to Dianne Lezon (Ed Giacomelli), John (Lori) Lezon, Christine (Iain) Gibson and David Lezon. She will be dearly missed by her mother-in-law Bernice Lezon. Kelly will be remembered by nieces and nephews Michael James, Lindsay and Kyle Johnston, Emilie Macdonald, Jeremy Lezon, Andrea, Christopher, and Lucas Giacomelli, Alicia and Ethan Lezon, Alexander and Michael Lezon. She will be missed by her many extended family, friends, and neighbours. Kelly spent most of her young life devoted to her family and creating a welcoming home full of joy and laughter. She had a love for travel and enjoyed vacationing with her family and friends. She could always be found with her head in a good book and would never turn down chocolate or ice cream. Kelly was a long-time parishioner of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, where she often found comfort during difficult times. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. with vigil prayers at 7:30 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of The Angels Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Notes of sympathy and condolence may be left at www.donaldvbrown.ca
