HAMILTON, Vera (Virtue)

May 15, 1921 – June 9, 2018

Passed away peacefully at Pine Villa Nursing Home. Predeceased by husbands James Virtue (1973) and Willard Hamilton (1996). Cherished mother of James Andrew Virtue, the late Timothy Charles Virtue, and 2 step-daughters Helen Henderson (Milton) and Dorothy Lewis (David), who were loved as daughters. She leaves behind 5 grandchildren and 10 dear great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings Ken Jones, Olive Agnew and Trevor Jones. Vera was a long-time member of Winona Gospel Church and Gideon Auxiliary. Funeral Service will be held at Winona Gospel Church, 218 Glover Rd., Stoney Creek on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 1 p.m. with Visitation starting at 12 noon.
