RAYNER, Edward

Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Sunday, May 27, 2018, in his 97^th year.  Beloved husband of the late Nora.  Loved father of Edward (Theresa), Penny (Wayne Cook), John (Dorothy).  Loving Grandpa to 9 Grandchildren and 20 Great-Grandchildren.  Predeceased by 2 grandsons, Bobby and Ted, and his brothers and sisters.  Edward was a retired employee of Westinghouse Canada, and enjoyed attending the S.A.M.S. Program.  Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11 a.m.  Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.  In Edward’s memory, donations to the S.A.M.S Program (Good Shepherd), 10 Pearl Street North,  Unit A, Hamilton, Ontario  L8R 2Y8 would be appreciated by the family.
