Obituary of Harry Arthur Fleming

FLEMING, Harry Arthur Passed away peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital, Hamilton, on Friday, February 11, 2011, in his 81st year. Harry will be missed by his beloved and cherished wife Shirley, of over 57 years, his sons Ken (Gabriele) and Mike (Jamie); grandchildren Daryl, Michael, Lisa, Christie and Andrea and all his great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews; predeceased by his brother John and sister Christine. Harry was a long-standing member of the Tapleytown community and worked many years at Robertson Building Systems in Hamilton and Hogan’s Department Store in Whitehorse. The family would like to express their thanks to the staff at St. Peter’s Hospital, with a special thank you to Dr. Bev and nurses Peter, Chris and Donna. Visitation at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, February 14, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service to be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. (with cremation to follow).
