Jack entered peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, at the Hamilton General Hospital, on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, in his 78th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Marie for 46 years. Dear brother of Allen Danby and his wife Audrey and Elaine Norton and her husband Bruce. Will also be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Jack was a former member of Stoney Creek Alliance Church and was currently a member of Paramount Drive Alliance Church. He will be missed for his great sense of humour and his willing helpful hands. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Paramount Drive Alliance Church, 1035 Paramount Dr, Stoney Creek, on Monday, April 16 at 11 a.m. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at 2:30 p.m. following a reception at the church.
