Obituary of David Hugh Haverson

HAVERSON, David Hugh (“Bus”)

At Arbour Creek LTC on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Lenore Haverson (nee Skitch, 2009). Loving father of Martin (Bernadette), Susan (May), and Nancy. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy. Bus will be missed by his granddaughters Trisha and Andrea as well as his nieces and nephews. Bus served in the RCAF as Rank Sgt. Air Gunner (1939-1945). He was retired VP Sales/Marketing from Robertson Building Systems. Bus was a Model Railroader who took pride in a very impressive N gauge layout. He was a past member of the Glendale Golf and Country Club and loved trains, golf, and cars. His generosity was felt by all who knew him. Special thanks to Lynn and Clem who were always there for Bus, and Lenore for over 10 years. Thanks to the amazing staff at Arbour Creek (Jackson/Nash Unit) for their care and compassion. Cremation and private interment at Mountview Gardens.
