It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Barbara Diane on April

1st, 2018. Easter Sunday in her 70th year at St. Peters Hospital surrounded and

comforted by her family. Beloved Wife of Robert McDonald for 53 years. Cherished Mother of Kim (Randy) Adam and Jamie (Misty) McDonald. Loved Sister of Susan (Doug) Belmore, Gladys (Joe Babic) Hamilton, Judy Chambers, Debbie (Dan) Spinks, and brother Louis Hamilton. Predeceased by brother Robert Hamilton. Barbara will be loving cherished and missed by her Grandchildren Cody, Nicholas, Dereck and Sean, Emily, Brody, Everly, Forrest and Andrew. As well as a Great-Granddaughter Katelyn. Barbara will be greatly missed by all her Nieces and Nephews and Life-time friends Norma and Charlie Cooper, and Lena Hosford. Will also be missed by manycousins, family members and acquaintances, to many to mention. At Barbara's request Cremation has taken place, and a graveside service will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Eastlawn Cemetery. All family members and friends are welcome to attend this service. A special thanks to Dr Hirte and the staff at the Juravinski Cancer Centre and Ward C3 at the Juravinski Hospital. Also thanks to Dr Bev and the Nursing Staff at St Peters Hospital, especial Ashley and Doug for the amazing care and kindness they showed to Barbara and her family.
