It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Marlene on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the age of 80, the Lord took her home after a courageous battle with Alzheimer disease. Survived by her beloved husband Arie of 56 years and her cherished children Christine and Kenneth and son-in-law James. Much loved grandmother of Cameron, Donovan and Shelby. Dear sister of John and predeceased by brothers Rev. George, Abraham and James Peters. Special thanks to the staff at Willowgrove Long Term Care for all of their wonderful care. Friends will be received at Family Church of Heritage Green, 360 Isaac Brock Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
