We remember Bev so fondly. She was always a steady, kind, helpful and hard-working woman. Her administrative and accounting skills were greatly appreciated by many projects and people over the years - within SIM and beyond. The Mason kids (Heather, John & Glenn) remember 'Auntie' Bev's genuine interest in us and her kindness to our family. Her laugh was so memorable and she had a smile that lit up her face - and the room! And we also remember her special, loyal and sweet dachshund companion, Mitzi, who we all loved as well! We were all richer people because of Bev's life and witness and we thank God for having known her. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Thelma, Norman and all of Bev's Dear Ones - in Canada and around the world!

To Thelma and Family, Sending our sincerest sympathy for your loss of Bev. Although she is with the Lord, it is hard to say goodbye to this gentle and warm-hearted Christian Lady. She was so cheerful and pleasant to have with us at Garside Bible Church. We the Sutherland Family have appreciated her friendly, kind and welcoming ways for many years. She was always so nice to sit with and talk to at church as she always had a warm smile on her face. We all liked Bev very much and will miss her fellowship. Bev served long and faithfully with SIM Canada. She was dearly loved by her many Nigerian friends and family as well as her missionary colleagues. Her time in Liberia with SIM was a blessing to the team there and the years spent at SIM Canada headquarters were ones of equal dedication. SIM gives much thanks for her life and ministry. We pray for her family as they have lost a much loved sister, aunt and great aunt.

We are so very sad to hear of Bev's passing. She was a lovely lady and kind to all she met. Bev was always available when you needed her and I will always be grateful to her for driving me to visit another family member who we were very close to.
