Obituary of Glen Finton

FINTON, Glen Passed away peacefully at Hamilton General Hospital on Friday, April 27, 2012 in his 82nd year. Predeceased by his wife Fern (1999) of 49 years. Will be sadly missed by his companion Pat. Beloved father of Elaine (Roy Daniels), Ruth (Tim Cookney), Robert (Cindy), Doug (Pam), Cheryl (Bob Housser), Jim (Renée). Cherished grandpa of Lesley and Michael, Katie and Jim, Brad, Kristen and Amanda, Joey, Jeremy and Ashlee. Will also be missed by six great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by his sisters Blanche and Mildred. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Interment Binbrook United Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
