You were a great man. I can only hope to be a man of your caliber. Seeing all the people today that you touched in your life that had so many fond memories of you was inspiring.
The world is a little less bright that you are not in it anymore, but the world as a whole is a little brighter now that you were in it.
I feel bad that I did not get up to say something today, but I did not feel like I could encompass everything that you have done adequately.
I never knew my mothers father, and you filled that spot. You were generous, affectionate, considerate, inventive (Saw your powerbars glued/nailed to the tables), and sincere.
You have left behind many people that miss you, but you also have left behind many people that are better off for knowing you.
I miss your smile and laugh Wes.
