Passed away peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the age of 76. Dearly loved mother of Debra Risk and Joseph Francis Bernard Jr.  Cremation has taken place. In Barbara’s memory, donations to the Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. www.donaldvbrown.ca
