EMBERLEY, Doreen Ruth (Corcoran)

With family by her side, Doreen passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord at The Village of Wentworth Heights on Saturday, December 9, 2017, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of 53 years of the late David. Loving mother of Keith, David (Heather), Clifford (Debbie), Patricia (Herb Hildebrandt), Lorraine (Barb Payment), Kathy Emberley-Wilton, Joyce (Darko Bujan) and Debbie. Cherished grandmother  of 13 beautiful grandchildren and blessed with 11 great-grandchildren. Will also be lovingly remembered by her sister Linda Maclaren. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Winona Gospel Church, 218 Glover Rd., Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, December 13 at 11 a.m.  Cremation to follow.
