You will be greatly missed By all, Thank you so much Mr. Fox For help me out in high school. It was because of your leadership that allowed me to get the full education that I needed and surpass everything in life. I will never forget after you retired, I received Postcard in the mail With the name Chris on it and then another 1 another 1 and another one and then I suddenly realized it was Christopher Fox. I was so humbled to know you were still thinking of me and my family on your travels.

Chris was more than a Principal. He was the first Librarian of St. Thomas More. His forward thinking and willingness to create new paths of learning was instrumental in moving STM into the modern world of education. His relationship and guidance with students was directly responsible for assisting with the design of our school crest. Despite our limited funds, he worked with his student team to buy second hand books to ensure that our library provided for the need of our students. Chris saw that our video and sound programs designed for open areas moved our students into the future. Thank you Chris . My prayers are with you.

Many fond memories of Mr. Fox when I was student at Cathedral in the 70’s. He had a great report with all the students. Remember many spirited discussions in the library about his love of the Beatles’ music.

Jenny and I have known Chris for over 50 years. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a great love for the English language. He loved vacationing at Lion's Head where he had many friends. He was a good man who will be missed by many including teachers and students. We will think of Chris often and the good times we had together. Forever in our thoughts and prayers.

I would have loved to have posted a picture of my feet with a marvellous picture of a natural wonder in the background. I know that , if I could have ,Chris would be laughing as soon as it was posted. He had many such pictures of his own feet...in shoes, in boots, in sandals.... I enjoyed hearing the stories behind each and every one he showed me, Thanks, Chris, R.I.P.

We are so very saddened by the loss of our dear friend. Lion's Head won't be the same without him, and we were all better for having him there.
Many hours each summer were spent in creative and caring conversation. He had a true love affair with words, and for many years, each day he would bring the most obscure word to life. Chris was a kind and gentle spirit and a true humanitarian.
We will miss him dearly.
