Obituary of Paula Ann Chisholm

CHISHOLM, Paula Ann

It is with great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of our dearly loved Paula Ann Chisholm of Hamilton  on November 4, 2017 with family by her side at Toronto General Hospital at the age of 51.  Loving daughter of Harold and Mary Chisholm.  Cherished sister of Lynda (Bill), Natalie, the late Wendy and brother Steve.   Amazing special aunt of Amy, Andrew and great-aunt of Braiden and Larissa.  And much loved partner of Dan Mitchell.  Paula will be remembered and missed by many aunts, uncles, and cousins family and friends.  Her beautiful smile, sense of humour, generosity and thoughtful ways will be cherished by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene’s Parish, 232 Queenston Rd. in Hamilton on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11 a.m.   Private inurnment will be held at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Stoney Creek at a later date.  As an expression of sympathy donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family
