Obituary of Kosara Copic

COPIC, Kosara (nee Kacarevic)

It’s with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kosara Copic this day October 27, 2017 at 10:52 a.m. at the age of 78 at home surrounded by her family. Kosara was the beloved wife of Milan for 56 years. She was the most loving mother to her 3 children, Milos (Nadezda) Copic, Zorka (Michael) Field and Vera (Tony) Movrin. Loving grandmother to Nikola Copic, Natasa Copic, William Field, Lauren Field, Sarah Movrin and Pauline Movrin. She will be missed by Borka, Bogoljub, Bosko, Zoran Kacarevic, and Dara Soljaga and their families. Kosara is predeceased by her parents Velimir and Zorka Kacarevic and her late brother Ilija Kacarevic. Kosara was born January 14, 1939 in Topola Oplenac, Srbija and was raised by her grandmother Kosara Ristic and uncle Bogoljub Vasiljevic. She immigrated to Canada January 5, 1955 to Guelph Ontario. She devoted her life to nurturing and caring for her family, something that we will always cherish. Before her illness she always enjoyed working in her yard and particularly loved taking care of her beloved flowers. Opelo (Funeral Service) will be held at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, 1415 Barton St. E.,  Hamilton, Ontario on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 11 a.m. with The Very Reverend Father Vojislav Pavlovic officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Stoney Creek.
