Obituary of Gille Jean Joseph Gagne

GAGNE, Gille Jean Joseph

Passed away at the age of 61 after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, October 22, 2017. He was surrounded by the loving dedicated staff of Emmanuel House & Palliative Services Residential Hospice. Beloved son of Muriel  and the late Roger Gagne. Loving father to his two sons Blair McIntyre (Tiffany) and Anthony Homer (Elana). Very proud and adored grandfather of 3 beautiful grandchildren, Christian, Myra and Anthony Jr. Cherished brother of his siblings Lorraine (Dan), Sue (Rob), Ron (Cathy), Joanne (Mel), Denise (Rod), Linda (Neil), Ray (Diane) and Rachel (Dave). Gille also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews along with  two very close friends, Fernando Pacheco and Ron Delaney who he looked up to and appreciated respectfully for all their support through good and bad days. If Gille could have had the opportunity to say 3 final words to all his family and friends, it would have been “I LOVE YOU”.  The family will be receiving family and friends for visitation at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 p.m. with a service immediately following.
