Obituary of Janet Irma Laglois

LANGLOIS, Janet Irma 

Passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton, on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the age of 63. Beloved wife to Hartley for 43 years. Proud mother to Derick and Tanya. Loving grandmother to Ethan, Hailee, Emilia, Erick, and Evyn. Will also be missed by Alex and Chandra. Janet is survived by her mother Irma (the late Alvin). Cherished sister to Susan, Marlene, Terry, Wayne, Spencer, Sharon, Connie, Dean, Shirley, Brent, Kelly, and predeceased by sister Gail. Janet was a proud Grandma who was happiest when she could spend time with her five grandchildren. Special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Juravinski Hospital for their care and compassion of Janet. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service to celebrate Janet’s Life will take place in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
