I am very sad to hear about Bryan's passing. Cancer has touched much of my family and it is so sad to hear how it's taken another person's life. Bryan was a very good businessman and supported me on many projects at work. Bryan will be missed by many, including many colleagues like myself.

Just heard of Bryan's passing today.(Sept 30) and am very sad to hear. I knew him from Lawfield hockey when our boys played on the same team. We also spent 2015 as timekeepers for midget games where I got to know him better. Please accept my deepest sympathies. Dave Weegar

Dearest Family & Friends,
I worked closely with Bryan for a year at Terrapure Environmental and think very highly of him. It is with great sadness that I learned of Bryan John's passing; please know I am thinking of you and your family during this time of sorrow. I hope the love of family and friends will comfort and strengthen you.
Words are never adequate in moments like these. I will say though, I will always feel privileged to have known Bryan. I did come across a quote that helped me through a difficult time; I hope it provides you with some comfort as well.
“When you are sorrowful, look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.” Kahlil Gibran
My deepest sympathies,
Jennifer O'Loughlin

Lisa,
The only time I saw Bryan was when I was visiting Hamilton, and we ended up at the same restaurant. When I saw you at the entrance, waiting to be shown to your table, I started walking toward you. Bryan saw that I was coming directly toward you and not knowing me, put himself directly between you and me. Right then, I knew you were well protected, and loved. I didn’t need to worry about that, if only from afar. Cherish your memories, both the good and the bad.

Hi Lisa & family,
I just wanted to send you my sincere condolences as someone who has worked with Bryan for the past 12 years. Bryan is currently part of my team in Ontario and I just wanted to let you know how well liked he was by everyone. No matter which department in Terrapure you went to; you would always get a smile and positive word from people when speaking about Bryan. I think that is largely because of his positive energy and his constant readiness to lend a hand wherever possible.
Obviously, after working in the business since 1990, Bryan had a great amount of experience which he was always eager to share to both new people entering the business or ones like myself who have similar tenure but can always use a little bit of extra help. It was quite a shock after hearing the news as we understood there seemed to be a positive path for Bryan based on what he shared which is another enduring quality Bryan had, which was forever being the optimist and always ready to dig in and fight.
I know you will a lot of similar thoughts, notes and prayers from other employees and friends over the next while and I just wanted to let you know how much of a pleasure it was to have Bryan on our team.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Todd Smith

So very sad to read of the passing of Bryan. Bryan was a very close friend of my brother Tom growing up. I fondly remember their love of music and going up north to Peterborough together. My sincere condolences to Bryan's wife and children and the rest of his family. May he rest in peace

I am so sorry to hear of your loss today.
Bryan was a wonderful person that I worked with him at Terrapure Environmental. He was a sales person for a lot of my customers and I would talk to him regular about different situations. He was always helpful and kind and nice to talk to.
I knew he was sick but was not fully aware of how sick he was and so I am so sorry to hear this news today.
My heart and blessings are with the family at this difficult time.
May you find peace to know he is no longer suffering and he is in good hands now.
