Dear Family: although I did not know John I was interested in the origin of his family name. If anyone in the family is interested in genealogy I would be happy to communicate with them. I am named after Ernest Fedyk who was from Western Ukraine. He married my grandfather’s sister – they emigrated to Canada in 1910/ they had no children. I have visited their village in Ukraine. My condolences Ernest Ewaschuk Oakville On ejeoak@hotmail.com

ILLeen and Family....
It was with sadness that I received an email from my sister Irene advising me of John's passing.
As you know, we met when in our early teens and shared , for many years, many very happy times.
Your kindness in visiting when Kathy died almost 4 years ago was never forgotten. I know the sadness and grief that you, Illeen, are experiencing and pray you welcome the assistance of your family who will see you through this difficult time.
I am sorry I will be unable to personally attend to show my proper respect, however, as you may know
I remarried in Oct past and for the winter have been residing at my wife's home in southern California.
You take care of yourself....... Walter
