It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sister Doreen on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at the age of 72. Doreen was the life partner of Dick Doyle (predeceased). Beloved mother of David Cyril Dextras and Gary Robert Dextras. She will truly be missed by her sisters Joan Winter (Paul), Brenda Tassone and Marilyn Desrochers. Predeceased by her parents Cyril and Joyce Lugg. She will also be missed by her many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Doreen retired from many years of service with Darts (ATS). Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 2 p.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 3 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
