LONCAR, Nevenka (Nancy)
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother Nevenka Loncar, in her 84th year. She died peacefully at home surrounded by family after an 11 month battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband Paul (Pavle), children Rose (Bobby), Mike (Laura) and Dee. She will be deeply missed by her sunse and grandson Nikolas, brothers Adam (Ilinka) and Milos (Nada) Ernjakovic. Predeceased by her brother Stevan, mother Jelena and father Djuro. She will also be missed by nieces Rose, Nancy, Diane, Nena (Milan), Dara, Kumovi Dragojlovic, Kuma Ankica and their families. Special friend to Danica Korkut, Danica Kraguljac, and Rosalie Shaw and their families. Nancy was the original and longtime owner of Queenston Fish and Chips and always served her customers with a beautiful smile. Big heartfelt thanks to the village of people who helped our beloved Nevenka through her illness: all family, friends, Juravinski doctors, nurses, HCA and support staff, Bayshore Home Care staff, St. Elizabeth Home Care, Bonavista doctors and staff, Mediserve Pharmacy staff. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Pomen at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service to be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11 a.m. with the Very Reverend Father Djuro Samac officiating.
