At St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton, on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Jozefa for 49 years. Loving father of Stella and her late husband Janusz Slota and Chris Gawrys. Cherished grandfather of Olivia and Mark. Also surviving are many other relatives in Poland. The family will receive friends at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Rosary prayers at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church on Friday, June 30 at 10 a.m. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
