MILLER, George Edward

June 14, 1943 – May 31, 2017

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Miller on May 31, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in his 73rd year.  George was employed at Stelco for 40 years.  He is survived by his dear companion Marie Murray, his loving sons Gary, Greg, Donald and Bradley (Michelle) Miller and their mother Sandra Miller (Don Walsh) all of Smithville.  Dear Grandpa of 6 grandchildren.  George will be fondly remembered by his sister Catherine Marriner (Jim) of Stoney Creek.  Also, niece Kelly Thompson (Brent) Tyler, nephew Jim Marriner (Laura) Jaymie.  Cremation has taken place.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 905-662-2948.
