MOODY, Doris May (nee Carter)

Passed away suddenly, at her home, on Sunday, May 28, 2017 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Cecil (2008). Cherished mother of the late Gary (2017) (Cheryl) of BC, Terry (Wanda) of PEI, Darlene Laidman (Randy (Luke)) of Binbrook, the late Bonnie Arsenault (2011) of Hamilton, Don (Lisa) of Hamilton, Bettyann Gauthier (Berni) of Edmonton. Adored by her 12 grandchildren, predeceased by 2 grandchildren, and Nanny Darlin’ to 9 great-grandchildren with another due in November. Survived by her sister Emma Corkum of Barrie, sister-in-law Joyce Drury of BC and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Cancer Society or Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
