Rest in peace Chuck. I have missed my "friendly stalker" the past few years. I appreciated how you kept an eye out for me and for your friends on the Beach. Your daily walks as a one man neighborhood watch, you always knew when I was home or away. It made me happy that someone cared enough to keep me and my property safe.
