Obituary of Bessie (Elizabeth) Pelkey

Bessie (Elizabeth) Pelkey resided at Heritage Green Nursing Home, Stoney Creek, Ontario from September, 2014 until her death on January 21, 2017. She was predeceased by her loving husband Paul, who previous to his death on September 29, 2014, cared and provided for her faithfully, everyday until he passed away. They remained independent, living in their home in Stoney Creek, Ontario until Paul passed away at the age of 92. Their two daughters, Marsha Larlee (Glen Larlee) and Joyce Barrett (Phil Barrett), along with their grandchildren – Launa Larlee, Danielle Filyer (Robert Filyer), Jonathan Barrett (Cayla Barrett) and THEN - THEIR GREAT GRANDCHILDREN – PARKER JONATHAN FILYER, HUNTER DANIEL FILYER AND ELLAJOY HAPRER FILYER - were their prized possessions! Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. A private family interment has taken place.
