Obituary of Cyril Heap

HEAP, Cyril At the age of 97 and still independent, Cyril Heap’s life ended peacefully with his children by his side on November 8, 2016. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Mary (1981). Cyril was born in England and moved to the Hamilton area with his family at a young age. After 42 years, Cyril retired from Wabco. He loved to dance and music was his hobby, he spent a lot of time strumming his guitar and playing the organ. He is survived by his 4 children Darlene, Gary, Babs (Gord), Wendy (Jim) and daughter-in-law Linda and predeceased by cherished sons-in-law John (2005) and Bill (2013). Cyril loved nothing more than family gatherings where he could enjoy his 7 Grandchildren Terri (Paul), Samantha (Scott), Stacey (Peter), David, Sheri (Brian), Laura (Jason) and Ron (Marie) and 9 wonderful Great Grandchildren, Jake, Joey, William, Rhett, Landon, Ethan, Austin, Leah and Paityn. We will miss him deeply. Cremation has taken place and his life will be celebrated at a private family function. Condolences are welcome at www.donaldvbrown.ca
