Obituary of Patricia Anne Holland

HOLLAND, Patricia Anne (nee Delisle) Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at the age of 68. Loving wife to Terry for 47 years. Cherished mother to Renee Van Der Marel (Cory) and John-Ryan Holland (Sarah). Patricia was a proud grandmother to Shae, Aidan, Natalie, Lauren, and Liam. Daughter to the late Marc and Mary Delisle of Tilsonburg. Patricia will be missed by her long time friend Auntie Cathy, and also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A Celebration of Patricia’s Life will take place on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 11-1 p.m. at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, where a Funeral Service will take place immediately following at 1 p.m. in the Chapel.
