Great nana, I wish they’d told me. I wish I could’ve had even a moment to say goodbye to you. But in true McKay fashion, they robbed us both of that. You were the sole light in this family & the only reason I carry the name. You had a way of making even the most hostile rooms feel warm and inviting. You had a heart warmer than any fireplace in winter. It’s deplorable how I had to find out this way. You deserved more respect great nana. I love you. - Gina.
