Hi Joan, I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. I always thought that she was such an elegant and gracious lady. Our parents had such good times together and I think now, lots of laughs. So very sorry for your loss. I never met Aunt Margie, but my mother, Reta, talked about her sister many many times. I am Reta's youngest daughter. We were updated regularly on the McLeod activities by the eloquent letters written by the sisters on a regular basis. A difficult childhood, a result of losing a mother too early, meant that Margie had to take on the role of responsible adult much too young. However, a close bond was formed between the sisters that lasted a lifetime. Margie set the example for my mother, who was also an excellent cook and wonderful mother. I hope that Margie gets to meet her mother again, as my mother hopes to, and that there will be some joyous reunions in heaven. Much love, from your cousin Janet
