EATON, Ellen Hazel Peacefully at her residence in Hamilton, on Sunday, August 11, 2013, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Jack. Loving mother of Debbie (Stuart) McCarthy, Darlene (the late Paul) Love, John (Jackie), Daniel (Cindy), Diana (Jim) Murray and the late Paula. Cherished grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 7 (1 expected) great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Frank, Thomas, Joan and Anne. Predeceased by 7 siblings. Will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, August 14, from 11 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery, followed by a reception at the Irish Canadian Club on Concession St. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
