Obituary of Gerald Maurice Janisse

JANISSE, Gerald Maurice It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Gerry, aged 68, on August 2nd, 2016 at home surrounded by family. Loving husband of Linda. Devoted father to Trevor (Nina), twins Gregory and Kellie (predeceased), Laurie (Dave), Michael (Jenn). Also remembered by his adoring grandchildren, Spencer, Nikki and Ben, loyal sister Annette (Ken) and brothers Clay (Cathy) and Ron (Joanne) and many nieces and nephews. Thank you to all involved with Gerry's exceptional care especially Dr. Michael Savatteri. Friends and family will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 2-5 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow. A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, August 8th from 11:30-1:30 p.m. at The Powerhouse Restaurant, Stoney Creek, followed by a committal service at Chapel Hill Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. all are welcome.
