Dear Bob and Ann's family, I met your mom and dad through the environmental group named SCRAP. Your mom was a force to be reckoned with. She delivered those flyers (in her high heels) with a passion. Our group all took turns hosting meetings and victories. One beautiful summer afternoon we were welcomed to Ann and Bobs home on the ridge. I cherish my time with them. Through the years I often bumped into Ann at Fortino's. She always talked about her boys and grandchildren to me. You could also see her blood boil when she mentioned the landfill. I will never forget her. Will always remember her with a smile, they were a lovely couple. My deepest sympathy.

Dear Baba and Didi, I am very fortunate to have such wonderful grandparents. Both of you were always generous, compassionate and full of life. I have so many happy memories of times we shared together including pool parties at your house, spending time at the cottage, and my high school graduation. I miss and love you both very much. I am sorry to learn of the passing of Bob & Ann. I met these wonderful people in early 1980 when I first moved to Hamilton and started working at the Waverley Tavern. I have great memories and some wonderful pictures from the Waverley days. My sincere condolences to Gary & Robbie and your families. Bob & Ann will be missed.

Anne and Bob (Baba and Didi) were both amazing people and grandparents. They were so giving and thoughtful. I remember every time we went to visit them they would always have little gifts for my siblings and me. I always admired Baba's bubbly personality and how she was never without a smile. She wore such funky, glamorous outfits; I would always try on her shoes and constantly ask to borrow all her clothes (which she always agreed to). Didi was a caring man and I already miss his laugh; I remember it clearly as I would run around with Tulla (their dog) in the front yard. And I loved his singing, which always made my day and left a smile on my face. Loved by so many, they will be missed greatly by all who knew them. They were two of the best grandparents anyone could ever ask for and I regret that I could not have them in my life for longer. I love you both and you will always be in my heart and prayers. Rest in peace Baba and Didi <3 Love, Connor

Dear Rob and Gary, I was saddened to hear of Bob and Ann's deaths. I know that the latter years were difficult ones for all of you. I shall remember them with great affection. They were such loving, kind and generous people. They were so proud of you both and your families. Ann was particularly kind to my Mom when she was dying - every few weeks a beautiful bouquet would arrive from your Mom, cheering the both of us. God bless you all at this very sad time. Love, Jess
