Obituary of Helen Marie Honeywell

HONEYWELL, Helen Marie (Collver, Smith) (1927-2016) On Monday, March 7, 2016 after a long and courageous battle our “Mom” has found “Eternal Peace”. It is with sadness her 6 children Paul Smith (Linda), Dave Smith (Peggy), Patricia Collins (Steve), Kathleen Simpson, Steve Smith (John), Jim Smith (Kelly), 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren will remember a strong courageous and very special lady. Marie will be missed by her many friends who shared the same love for their dogs and pets as she did. A special thank you is extended to all the caring staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Able Living Thrive Group, Juravinski Hospital, and St. Peter’s Hospital 3rd Floor East who has cared for our mother with kindness and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Respecting Marie’s wishes a private interment will be held at a later date. In Marie’s memory, donations to the Hamilton-Burlington SPCA would be appreciated.
