Obituary of Audrey Baxter

BAXTER, Audrey (nee Bishop) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Audrey May. She peacefully left us to go with our Lord on February 17, 2016, in her 86th year. Audrey was much adored and cherished by her loving husband William of 67 years. She will be missed by her loving children Lynn Ryerson (Doug), Paul (Gladys), Brian (Laura), and Joyce McKay (Al). She was also a very proud Grandma to Joshua (Amanda), Harley (Jami), Stuart (Ashley), Terri Colagiovani (Pat), John, Virginia, Byron (Janet), Jacqueline, Robyn. Also left behind are 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters Joyce Bradley, Betty Schofeild and brothers Robert and Donald . Survived by her brother Fred Bishop (Ruth), brother-in-law Frank Bradley and sisters-in-law Norma and Lois. Audrey was a member of Tapleytown United Church and U.C.W. for many years. Special thank you to the staff at the Clarion Nursing Home for the gentle loving care of our mother the last 2 years. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
