MacDONALD, Walter A. Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday, February 12, 2016 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Lois. Dear father of Carol Robertson (Flynn), Wayne (Estella), Sandra DeLangis, Bryan (Sheri). Loving grandfather of Shannon, Lindsey, Flynn Jr., Ryan (Sherri), Justin, Taylor, Alexa, Lucas, Blake, Joshua, Clayton, Paige, Christian, Clarissa and great-grandson Landon. Dear brother of Leo, George, Theresa. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Walter was a retired employee of the City of Burlington. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be offered Thursday at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church (Parkdale Ave. & Queenston Rd.) on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
