Obituary of Annie (Nancy) Farrell

FARRELL, Annie (Nancy) Peacefully, at home with family by her side, on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband Alex. Survived by her brother Andy (Carol). Predeceased by sister and best friend Mamie. Much loved mother of Ann, Margaret, Donna, David (Kim), the late Al (Cathy), the late Brian (Cathy). Special grandma of 7 and great-grandma of 6. Nancy was known for her love of life. Her strength and courage to endure was admired by all that knew her. She was an active member of many seniors clubs in Stoney Creek and made many dear friends. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 1 p.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 3 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
