Obituary of Donald Willis Anderson

ANDERSON, Donald W. Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital on Monday, December 28, 2015. Don has missed our mother, his wife Joan (Fairbanks) predeceased on July 2nd, 2015. Married 65 years, Grace Anglican Church. Loving father of Janice Powell (Mike), Joanne Kerr (Jim) and Douglas (Natalie). Cherished Grandpa (Papa) of Kaitlynn Kerr, the late Brad Kerr and the late Sean Powell. Dear brother of Verniece, Marybelle and Doug. Don was a member of Wentworth Lodge #166 and a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason , Long time member of Glendale Golf and Country Club and a member of Probus Club, Grimsby. Cremation has taken place. Keeping with Don’s wishes there will be visitation at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, January 9 from 1 to 4 p.m. Following the visitation a private family service will be held.
