Cali will be missed by many students and teachers at Bellmoore Scool. She was a delight to teach, full of creativity and a twinkle in her eyes when she laughed. Heaven has gained a wonderful spirit.

On behalf of the staff and students of Bellmoore School, our condolences go out to you. Cali was a beloved member of our school community and will be sadly missed. Her energy, enthusiasm and kindness defined her as a student in our school. I have many fond memories of Cali as she would often visit the office, and of course, our little chats when I picked her up from class before our fire drills. I am sure she hated the practice, but she always had a little story to share as we walked out of the school. I will never forget the time we were able to locate her lost iphone!
We are fortunate and blessed to have Cali grace our halls. We look forward to handing out the Cali Carpenter Citizenship Award in memorium, as she was an excellent role model for our students.

Dear, dear Family of Cali.
I have been struggling for a few days with finding words to tell you how saddened I was to hear Cali's news. I have so many fond memories of her happy, vibrant character that I will share with you when we gather at Bellmoore. As her Grade 5 teacher, I knew a 10-year-old Cali who bounced with glee and smiled with happiness every day. As her family, you certainly know as well as I do how hard it was to say to Cali, "Slow down, Easy on the dancing, Take a rest now, Less skipping, Maybe just ONE cartwheel then!" How much joy did this young girl radiate?!
I will always remember the special light she brought into every room, and I know her peers will remember a kind and gracious friend.
She will be missed dearly.

Although I don't know you personally I always felt like I did because of the wonderful memories you have taken for my family ... my daughters engagement video and my grandsons first few years photos. What a fitting tribute to Cali, brought tears of joy and sorrow to both of us. It was always a joy having Cali over and hearing the girls laugh together. It is difficult to know what to say. As parents we work so hard to give our kids a life of learning, growing and creating... To teach them and guide them. Losing your dear Cali must be the same as losing your very heart. Though we didn't know her, from what we saw and heard through your postings she was an incredible young lady with an indomitable spirit. There are no words that can ever express how deeply affected we are by our precious little angels passing or how much she truly meant to us. Being able to know Cali was gift enough but being able to take care of her was life changing. Cali was an inspiration to everyone she met. She had an infectious smile that instantly melted your heart and a gentle soul that would make us count the seconds until Wanda and Brian's next wedding.
We have tried to make sense of this horrible tragedy to no avail but we have come to the realization that some things we are not meant to understand and what gives us piece of mind is knowing that God has bigger plans for our earth angel and now this eternal angel is living in paradise eternally happy.
Cali Uncle Tony, Auntie Billie, Michael, Anthony, Sarah, Sofia, Matteo and John-Michael love you more then any words or actions could ever express. You will forever be our #5 of 8.
