Obituary of Steven Lyle Plunkett

PLUNKETT, Steven Lyle Passed away unexpectedly at his home, on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 in his 33rd year. He was much loved and will be deeply missed by his parents Penny and John Plunkett. Adored brother of Jeffery (Tiffany). Special uncle of Raelynn. Cherished grandson of Nettie and the late Robert Ferrell, the late Lyle and late Violet Plunkett. Loved nephew of Gary and Tammi, Donny and Patti, Debra and Brian, David and Christine and the late Bobby and Elizabeth, the late Jimmy and Laura. He will be sadly missed by his many cousins. Steve will be deeply missed by his dear friend Jordon, best friends Joel and Jordan and reunited with Charles. Steven graduated from Saltfleet High School and attended Mohawk College where he received a diploma in Business and HR and moved on to St. Mary’s Hospital where he worked as an HR analyst. Steven loved to play hockey and spent many great nights with his friends on the ice. He also loved to help those around him with his computer skills and took great pride in doing so. Steven’s great sense of humour will be missed by all. Family and friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday from 7-9 p.m.and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 14, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
